After spending time working as an auditor and tax professional for a local CPA firm, he rose to the top 5% of staffing professionals out of over 1,000 nationally. He went on to head the Orange County office and a team of 10 staffing and recruiting professionals focused on placing accounting and financial professionals locally. Under his leadership, even in the severe economic downturn locally, the office grew to number eight out of 82 offices nationally.
